We offer Akhanda Yoga,
teach to all abilities,
in a variety of styles.
Each class is suitable, for every student;
beginner and experienced.
There are no prerequisites to practice,
if you are breathing, you can do Yoga!
Our classes honour
ancient wisdom,
address our holistic nature
and are always therapeutic.
They will leave you
feeling balanced;
like the whole, complete and
divine being you are.
We are registered with
Yoga Alliance,
have completed thousands of hours of training,
have earned a Masters of Science and
are working toward a PhD.
We will guide you in
