teach to all abilities,
in a variety of styles.
Each class is suitable, for every student;
beginner and experienced.
There are no prerequisites to practice,
if you are breathing, you can do Yoga!
Our Yoga sessions honour ancient wisdom,
appreciate rather than appropriate
India's rich culture.
Every aspect of your being,
body, mind and soul and
are always taken care of.
You will leave feeling balanced;
like the whole, complete and
divine being you already are.
We are registered with Yoga Alliance,
have completed thousands of hours
of training, earned a Masters of Science and
are working toward a PhD.
