We offer Akhanda Yoga,
teach it to all abilities,
in a variety of styles
(Flow, Yin, Restorative, Nidra).
Each class is suitable, for every student;
beginner and experienced alike,
made available in person and online.
There are no prerequisites to practice Yoga,
if you are breathing, you can do it!
Our Yoga sessions

and appreciate India's
rich culture.
Every aspect of your being,
body, mind and soul

You will leave feeling

like the whole,
complete and divine
being you already are.
We are registered with
Yoga Alliance,
have completed
thousands of hours of training,
earned a Masters of Science and
are working towards a PhD
in Yoga Philosophy.
