About the event
Therapeutic Yoga is when we apply clinically proven Yoga techniques and teach you how to use them for optimal health. In this six week series, we will cover neurological rest, nervous system regulation, conscious breath, functional movement, Yogic diet and lifestyle. All of which have been used as preventative and rehabilitative medicine to manage, alleviate and eliminate pain. This series will leave you feeling inspired, empowered and equipped to take charge of your health, better manage stress, improve mobility, increase strength, live healthier, be happier and heal yourself.
