Yogic culture teaches that the outside is a reflection of the inside. Thus Yogi's choose to look within, create peace within themselves to being peace into the world. To look within and face the parts of ourselves that are in need of healing takes courage. Luckily we are not alone and are here to support you!
In this immersive afternoon we will hold you in sacred space, where you will be soothed by the medicine of sound.
Sound bathing releases energetic blockages and self-limiting beliefs. The vibration and its resonance releases stress trauma and toxins at the cellular level, without revisiting or analyzing them.
You will leave feeling expansive, rejuvenated and in alignment with you heart.
No experience is needed.
