Join us for a Sound Bath like no other!
Sound healing is the ancient science of Nada Yoga; designed to harmonize body, mind and consciousness. Clinically proven to boost physical and mental health.
While lying down or sitting comfortably, in our sacred space, you will be “bathed” with the soothing sounds of bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, other simple instruments and voice.
This session will leave you feeling relaxed and expanded with a deeper sense of well-being.
No experience needed.
