A place like no other, the land of Yoga; it's birthplace, in fact. Situated at the foothills of the mighty Himalayan mountains, established around the sacred Ganga river, energetically charged by the Yogis of old, fuelled by the Yogis of today and their potent dreams for tomorrow. We are honoured to share this beloved, sacred land with you. 

In India there is an expression, when unwell, you can go to jail, hospital or an ashram to heal.

For two weeks, we will live as Yogi's. 

Staying in an ashram, a place of spiritual refuge and solace, where every detail has been intentionally crafted for healing. 

Here, we will follow the ashrams daily schedule, enjoy the most nourishing and balancing food to strengthen our bodies and minds, heal our hearts and connect to our souls. Together we will visit sacred sites and holy temples to better understand this ancient culture. 

We will take you to our favourite shops, introduce you to the best Ayurvedic doctor, our friends and family.
