About the event
A calming and grounding Yoga class by candlelight.
This soothing session combines elements of Yoga Therapy with Yin Yoga (long held postures), Restorative Yoga (lots of luxurious props) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) for the ultimate neurological rest and rejuvenation. You will leave you feeling nourished, fulfilled and ready for a restful night sleep.
